RETURN POLICY

Liberty Joy Archive offers a curated selection of vintage and archival garments. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and carries the subtle marks of age and wear that make it unique. Please review all measurements, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

All sales are final. Signs of wear are to be expected and are considered part of the garment’s history. Any notable flaws will be disclosed in the product description. Please email us for further product details if required. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Tracking information will be provided via email once the package is processed and prepared for shipping.  

Orders will be shipped within 3-7 after your order has been placed. All packages are sent express shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note Liberty Joy Archive is not responsible for any tax or duties for international packages, these are to be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

All items are carefully packed to preserve their condition in transit.

CARE AND CONDITION POLICY 

All Liberty Joy Archive garments have been professionally cleaned. We work with La Sirene, a luxury garment care boutique where each item is individually cleaned and restored. 

Due to their age and delicate nature, we recommend dry clean only. Please avoid machine washing or at-home cleaning methods to preserve the integrity of the fabric and construction.
